For “whoever will call on the name of the lord will be saved.” How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!  However, they did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says, “lord, who has believed our report?” So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. – Romans 10:13-17

– Romanos 10:13-17

It is not the job only of some “pastors” to share the gospel “message of truth” (Eph. 1:13) with others – we are each commanded by Jesus to do so (Mark 16:15; Matt. 28:19; Luke 14:21-23; John 20:21). Note that gospel means “good news” (Luke 2:10; Acts 8:12; 13:32). If they do not hear the gospel, how can they believe it? For “faith comes from hearing” the gospel explained accurately and truthfully. So brother or sister in Christ, have you shared the gospel with anyone else today? What about yesterday? What about last month? What about this entire year? You may be their last chance to hear the “good news”! Another book we publish called The Message of Truth (También disponible en Español – El Mensaje de la Verdad) explains the gospel message from start to finish, Genesis to Revelation – and you can use it to guide others into truth and “eternal life.”
